Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Fruity Wins and the online gambling services made available through the website located at fruitiwins.com (the "Site"), operated by Grace Media Limited. By registering an account or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

  • "Operator", "we", "us", "our" means Grace Media Limited, registered in Gibraltar under company number 119040, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 57869, and operating Fruity Wins via fruitiwins.com for players in the United Kingdom.
  • "Site" means the Fruity Wins branded online gambling site accessible primarily via fruitiwins.com, including any mobile, tablet or app interfaces, and any successor or mirror URLs used for the same service (including legacy references to fruitywins.co.uk).
  • "User", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses the Site and/or opens an account for real-money or demo play.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

You must supply these promptly and in a clear, legible format.
  • Verification checks: We may use third-party databases, credit reference agencies and other verification providers to confirm your identity, address and eligibility. Until verification is complete, your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw may be restricted, and we may suspend or close your Account if verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide to us is true, accurate and up to date, and promptly update your details via the Site or by contacting support if they change. We may rely on the latest details recorded in your Account for all communications.
  • Single account rule: You may hold only one Player Account with Fruity Wins for fruitiwins.com. Multiple accounts, including across the legacy fruitywins.co.uk environment, may be treated as "duplicate accounts" and closed, with bonuses cancelled and balances handled in line with our AML and fraud policies.
  • Password and access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your credentials, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately and change your password.
  • Prohibited uses: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, collusion, or using funds obtained from criminal activity. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and suspend or close Accounts accordingly.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Rules

  • Game participation: Once your Account is verified and funded, you may place Bets on any Games available on the Site, subject to the specific rules and paytables of each Game. The rules of each Game, including minimum and maximum bets and payout structures, form part of these Terms.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the Game interface or on the Site. You must ensure that your Bet is within these limits; otherwise, it may be rejected before confirmation.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted when it has been processed by our servers and appears in your Game or Account history. Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game round has started, it cannot normally be cancelled or amended by you.

Game Outcomes and Errors

  • Random number generation: Where applicable, Games use certified random number generator ("RNG") technology to produce fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results generated by the RNG, or by the relevant live-dealer feed, are final and binding, subject to the malfunction provisions below.
  • Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction (including, but not limited to, software bugs, misconfigured odds, or interrupted connections) that affects the proper functioning of a Game, all affected Bets and Game rounds may be voided. Any incorrectly credited funds may be reversed and removed from your Account, and any stake may be returned where appropriate.
  • Mis-settlement of Bets: If a Bet is settled incorrectly due to human or system error, we will rectify the settlement by re-settling the Bet using the correct outcome. Any overpayments will be deducted from your Account, and any underpayments will be credited to you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino features, chat functions or any community tools, you must behave respectfully towards other players, dealers and staff. Harassment, insults, discriminatory language, threats, or any abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  • No collusion or unfair advantage: You must not collude with other players or attempt to gain an unfair advantage, including through the use of bots, automated systems, external tools, or exploiting software loopholes. We may monitor gameplay and chat activity and suspend or terminate Accounts where unfair practices are detected.
  • Content restrictions: You must not post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights. We may remove such content, mute or ban chat access, and report relevant information to authorities where appropriate.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Promotional terms: Bonuses and Promotions made available on fruitiwins.com (including any offers previously advertised on fruitywins.co.uk) are subject to specific promotional terms, which are displayed with each offer and form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail over this section.
  • Eligibility and activation: Some Bonuses are granted automatically, while others require you to opt-in, enter a bonus code, or select the offer in the cashier. We may impose eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit amounts, geographical restrictions, or one-time use per person, household, payment method, or IP address.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple (for example, a specified number of times the bonus amount and/or deposit) and the time limit for completion are stated in the promotional terms.

Game Restrictions and Irregular Play

  • Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements, and some Games may be entirely excluded. The applicable contribution table (for example, 100% for most slots and a lower percentage for some table games) is set out in the relevant promotional terms. You are responsible for checking game contribution rules before wagering Bonus Funds.
  • Prohibited actions: The following practices may be treated as Bonus abuse and may result in the removal of Bonuses and winnings and/or Account suspension:
    • Placing large Bets using Bonus Funds or a combination of real-money and Bonus Funds that exceed the maximum bet size stated in the promotional terms.
    • Using low-risk wagering strategies (for example, betting simultaneously on red and black in roulette) to artificially meet Wagering Requirements.
    • Deliberately delaying Game rounds, saving Free Spins, or leaving Game features unfinished to use them later after moving from real-money to Bonus Funds or after a promotion has ended.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. If you have multiple active offers, the order in which Bonuses are used and Wagering Requirements are applied will be determined by us in line with the specific promotional terms and our internal policies.

Expiry, Cancellation and Refunds

  • Expiry: Bonuses, Free Spins and associated Wagering Requirements may have expiry dates (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from activation) as stated in their promotional terms. Any unused Bonus Funds or uncompleted Wagering Requirements may be forfeited automatically when the expiry time is reached.
  • Cancellation: You may request the cancellation of an active Bonus, subject to our ability to process the request before the Bonus is fully used. If you cancel a Bonus, you may lose Bonus Funds and any winnings associated with them that have not yet met the Wagering Requirements.
  • Refunds: We are under no obligation to refund any portion of a Bonus once it has been accepted and used, except where we cancel a Bonus due to our own error or technical issue, in which case we may, at our discretion, restore your real-money balance to the position it would have been in without the Bonus.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Available methods: For UK players, we may make available payment methods such as debit cards and approved e-wallets. In accordance with UK regulation, you must not use credit cards or credit card-funded e-wallets to gamble. Cryptocurrencies are not currently accepted for UK players unless expressly stated in the cashier section of fruitiwins.com.
  • Deposit processing: Deposits are normally credited to your Account immediately upon successful authorisation by your payment provider. We do not guarantee that every deposit attempt will be successful, and we are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
  • Deposit limits: We may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per day, and you may set your own responsible gambling deposit limits through the Site. We may adjust limits to comply with affordability and risk assessments required by UK law and the UKGC.

Withdrawals, Verification and Timeframes

  • Withdrawal rules: Subject to these Terms, you may request withdrawals from your Real-Money Balance at any time. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used to deposit, in accordance with AML and card scheme rules.
  • Pending reviews: Withdrawal requests may be subject to internal review and verification checks.   • Processing times: We aim to process withdrawals within a reasonable period (for example, within 1 - 3 business days of approval), but this is not guaranteed. The time for funds to reach you may depend on your payment provider and banking system, which is outside our control.

Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds

  • Fees: We do not normally charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, we reserve the right to impose reasonable processing fees where permitted by law and clearly disclosed on the Site. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, which are your responsibility.
  • Chargebacks: If a deposit is charged back, reversed or disputed, we may suspend or close your Account, cancel any winnings derived from the disputed funds, and recover any such amounts from your Account balance. We may also report chargebacks to credit reference agencies and relevant authorities.
  • Refunds of bets and bonuses: Bets that have been completed and Games that have been played cannot usually be cancelled or refunded. In the event of technical errors or malfunctions leading to mis-settlement, we may void affected Bets, return the stake, or re-settle in line with the correct outcome. Bonuses may be adjusted or removed if credited in error or abused, as set out in the Bonus Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations and Fairness

  • Service commitment: We will provide the Site and its Games with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with our obligations under UK law and the UK Gambling Commission licence. We aim to ensure that the information, odds, Game rules and results presented on fruitiwins.com are accurate and up to date.
  • Game fairness: We will ensure that electronic Games using RNG technology are tested and certified for fairness by appropriate testing houses and that live casino Games are provided through reputable live-dealer studios.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service: While we strive to maintain continuous access to the Site, we do not guarantee that the Site or any Games will be available at all times, free from errors, defects, or interruptions.

Exclusions and Caps on Liability

  • Events beyond our control: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, denial-of-service attacks, or failures of telecommunications or third-party service providers.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of the Site or these Terms.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, any Bet, or these Terms (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of the Bet or Game stake that gave rise to the relevant dispute, or (b) your net deposits with us on the Account over the preceding 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in the United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property Rights

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  • Personal use only: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
  • Prohibition on copying and distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Site or its content (including the software and Games) without our prior written permission or the permission of the relevant rights holder.
  • Reverse engineering and misuse: You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, interfere with, or otherwise misuse the Site's software, security systems, or any Game functionality. Any such actions may result in immediate Account closure and potential legal action.

Acceptance of Updated Terms

  • If you do not agree: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the Site, close your Account in accordance with our procedures, and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining Real-Money Balance subject to verification and compliance checks.
  • Historic versions: Older versions of the Terms may have been made available on the legacy domain fruitywins.co.uk. The version published on fruitiwins.com at the time of your use is the binding version for Fruity Wins.

Termination & Suspension

Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: We may suspend or terminate your Account (and, where appropriate, freeze or withhold funds) if we reasonably believe that:
    • You have breached these Terms or any Game or promotional rules.
    • You have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete verification checks.
    • Your activity raises AML, fraud, chargeback, collusion, or match-fixing concerns.
    • You are under 18, self-excluded (including via GAMSTOP), or otherwise ineligible to gamble.
    • You have allowed or facilitated third-party access to your Account.
  • Regulatory obligations: We may suspend or close Accounts where required to do so by the UK Gambling Commission, law enforcement bodies, or other competent authorities, or to comply with court orders or legal processes.

Effect of Termination and Treatment of Funds

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law
